  2. It really depends on a lot of factors but I know of one that makes between 60 and 70,000 a year. Like I said though, there are a number of factors in there. He only runs two jobs at a time. So, if you were to run more you could make more, the problem with that is that you could work yourself right out of a job. Also, the size of a job will effect how much you make. Sometimes you'll have to give a person a little bit of a price break in order to secure a job. Also, he usually just does additions and remodels. New construction and commercial building might bring more money. I don't know what the housing market is in your area, but that directly effects how much you can make. So, there are a lot of things that could effect it but like I said the guy I know keeps himself busy all the time and makes about 60,000+ a year.
