How does a commercial general contractor find jobs to bid besides the plan rooms and architects?

Plan room usually have the general contractor and are looking for subs only.

1. Dodge reports , they come out weekly . when i used it 20 yrs ago it was 100 $ per yr, but it payed for itself with 1 job ,, and i did 16 million a yr,
