Do you have to show contractor license at Home Depot to be considered one for purchasing at discounted price?

do they have any policy regarding contractors and who could be considered a contractor? anybody works at contractor countor at Home Depot...please

You just have to purchase a lot of stuff. I had a job working maintenance at an office park and factory, no one was a contractor but we had to purchase tons of materials and I think we got a rebate after the fact.
