How do you start working as an independent contractor nurse?
I am an RN and I am interested in starting my own home care business or working as an independent contractor? Is there anyone who can offer me any suggestions as to how to begin this process. What are the legalities? Thanks

- there are probably nurse temp agencies that will send you on assignments, they might either treat you as their employee with a W-2 or as an independent contractor and give you a 1099 - check the phone book - google "nurse temp jobs", etc
